5. Payment, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.
You are entitled to one (1) rescheduled session with 24 hours’ advance notice.
Missed or no-show appointments with no notice will be forfeited.

This release includes claims of ordinary or gross negligence, emotional distress, and all causes of action in contract or tort.

8. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Legal Action

You may share honest personal experiences that are non-defamatory and respectful, in compliance with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA)

Violation of this clause may result in legal action for reputational harm, injunctive relief, and financial damages.
